Based on the resolution of the founder (i.e. Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s.), the joint stock company Elektroenergetické montáže, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as EEM, a. s.) was established on July 2, 2003, through a Deed of Foundation and a single incorporation under §172 and §154 et seq. of the Commercial Code, as amended, and following the approval of the Articles of Association.

The joint stock company was formed within  the externalization of the EEM Division (Construction & Assembly Works Division) from the parent company SSE, a. s. as a 100% subsidiary corporation.

 

 Effective as of 1. 9. 2004 the EEM, a. s. company uses the following identification data
