SSE deals with its customers based on their overall annual consumption, i.e. yearly consumption at all the customer´s supply points. Based on the above mentioned procedure, SSE has created three segments for customers with a total yearly consumption of above 500 MWh:
- above 7,5 GWh - Key Customers
- from 2 GWh to 7,5 GWh Large-Scale Customers
- from 500 MWh to 2 GWh Standard Customers
Each segment is assigned a certain standard of customer supports, however, it is generally held that there is an individual approach to any customer. Any SSE customer is assigned a specific employee to take care of the relevant customer, dependent on the particular segment:
Since the individual support requires frequent contacts with the customer, as well as sound knowledge of not only the customer but also of the environment in which the customer is situated, we have divided the SSE supply territory into 5 regions:
- Central Region with its seat in Banská Bystrica
- Northern Region with its seat in Žilina
- Southern Region with its seat in Lučenec
- Western Region with its seat in Martin
- Eastern Region with its seat in Dolný Kubín and Liptovský Mikuláš
For each region, we have specified one manager for Key Customers and Large-Scale Customers respectively and one or two Sales Representatives.
In case of any interest in our electricity supply on the part of customers outside the SSE supply territory, the technical character of the customer is assessed based on its demand, and the customer is subsequently assigned to an relevant SSE salesperson.
