With regard to the fact that the system of management of deviations in the regime of self-responsibility for the deviation as well as dealing on the stock-exchange is very costly, we consider it obvious to supply electricity to our customers in a regime of shifted responsibility for the deviation and cost bearing associated with it, and the risk of an unexpected increase in the average price of electricity as a result of the payment for deviations.
