Supply point tariff alteration

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the case that there has not been an alteration of the supply point tariff during the last 12 months;
Procedure:
 
1. Alteration of the tariff without a change in metering and without raised input
The customer shall report the current status of the electric meter dial, CCC shall make the required change of tariff, then it shall send two copies of the modified contract to the customer to sign. The customer shall then send one copy of the signed contract back to the address of the CCC.

2. Alteration of the tariff with an exchange of metering /double tariff for single tariff/ and without raised input
If the presence of the customer upon replacement of the electricity meter is inevitable, the date and time are agreed directly with the CCC employee. The method of payment should be agreed in the case that the customer is not present at the electric meter replacement. (the act of replacement is to be paid for according to the price list of minor installation works)
CCC shall make the required tariff change and consequently it shall send the modified contract in two copies to the customer to be signed. The customer shall send one copy of the signed contract back to the address of CCC.

3. Tariff alteration with raised input at the supply point
The customer must apply in written form for an alteration to the tariff with the raised input, by means of the connection form that is available at www.sse.sk - downloadable forms - the customer shall send the completed form to the customer call centre address:

For tariff alteration with raised input at the supply point, the customer must submit the following documents:

Upon receiving the application form titled "Connection - request for C and D off-take categories - low voltage distribution" CCC makes the required tariff alteration, consequently, it shall send the modified contract in two copies to the customer to be signed. The customer shall send one copy of the signed contract back to the address of CCC.
In the case it is necessary to also change the metering (single tariff for double tariff) upon the change of the tariff with raised input the same process as in item 2 is followed, after receipt of the opinion from SSE, a.s.
