Terms and Conditions:
applicable if the tariffs for an offtake point have not been changed for the last 12 months.

Procedure
1. Tariff change without the change of metering and without input power increase. When the customer notifies SSE, over the phone, of the current figures displayed on the electricity meter dial, the Customer Call Centre (CCC) performs the requested tariff change and subsequently sends the customer two counterparts of the modified contract for signature. The customer shall return one of the signed contract counterparts back to CCC.

2. Tariff change with the change of metering /double tariff to single tariff/ and without input power increase. If the customer is required to attend the exchange of electricity meter, the date and time shall be agreed directly with the CCC employee.  The method of payment must be agreed if the customer can not be present at the exchange of electricity meter. (the exchange itself is charged in accordance with the price list for minor installation works)

CCC shall perform the requested tariff change and subsequently send two counterparts of the modified contract to the customer for signature. The customer shall send one counterpart of the signed contract back to CCC.

Documents that Household customers are required to present in order to make, modify or terminate an electricity supply contract.
Documents that Entrepreneurs and Organizations are required to present in order to make, modify or terminate an electricity supply contract

3. Tariff change with input power increase at the offtake point
The customer must apply for a tariff change with input power increase in writing, using the form entitled "CONNECTION-REQUEST FOR ENTREPRENEURS AND ORGANISATIONS; HOUSEHOLDS - FROM LOW VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION" available at our website WWW.SSE.SK

In the event of tariff change with input power increase for an offtake point, the customer must submit the following documents:
Documents that Household customers are required to present in order to make, modify or terminate an electricity supply contract
Documents that Entrepreneurs and Organizations are required to present in order to make, modify or terminate an electricity supply contract
Upon the receipt of the  "Connection-Request for Entrepreneurs and Organisations; Households - from low voltage distribution" form, the CCC shall perform the requested tariff change and shall subsequently send two counterparts of the modified contract to the customer for signature. The customer shall send one of the signed contract counterparts back to CCC.
If metering needs to be changed (single tariff to double tariff) upon the tariff change with input power increase, the procedure to be taken after the receipt of SSE opinion is analogue to the one referred to in point 2.
