A change of customer constitutes cessation of an electricity supply contract between the original electricity customer and the electricity supplier, and at the same time the establishment of a new electricity supply contract between the new electricity customer and the electricity supplier without suspending electricity supply at the offtake point.
Since it is not possible for two electricity supply contracts pertaining to a single offtake point to exist simultaneously, a change of customer requires that the original contract cease first.
As long as the change of customer does not require an employee of the Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. company (SSE) to visit the offtake point, the service is free of charge. If the change of customer requires a visit to the offtake point, the actions taken are charged pursuant to the applicable pricelist of minor installation works.
The customer shall fill in the "Application form" according to the manual for the completion of the application, which is available at our website - Forms to be downloaded.

In the event of any uncertainty regarding the filling in of the application form, the customer may contact the Customer Call Centre (CCC). CCC shall execute the requirement and send two copies of the Contract on electricity supply to the customer. The contracting consumer shall sign and send back one copy to the address of the CCC.
