With the Slovak Republic´s European Union accession on May 1, 2004, a change of agenda in compliance with the new legislation (Act on V.A.T., on customs regulations, etc.) has been in effect.
For the purposes of a providing correctly issued electricity invoices all related tax documents after May 1, 2004, we kindly ask you, if the specified change concerns you, to report your new tax identification number for value added tax on the enclosed return slip:

Based on the alteration of the tax identification number for V.A.T. you will be sent a new specification of payments for the consumed but not yet invoiced electricity and a summary of payments for consumed but not yet invoiced electricity (in the case that you have a signed contract on advance payment compensation). In the case that the alteration does not apply to you, consider this letter as void.
