| Contract conclusion (existing supply point) - Entrepreneuer and organizations

The original customer shall submit:
- an application for contract termination, to be submitted within 30 days prior to the required date of termination ( form available at BRANCHES, CCC, www.sse.sk),
- address for the invoice for the terminated consumption to be sent to.
A new customer shall submit:
- an application for the conclusion of the contract (the form is available at BRANCHES, CCC, www.sse.sk),
- a certificate of title or purchase contract with the deposit number or consent of the owner of the property, in the case that the customer is not the owner of the property (in the case of death of the original customer - death certificate),
- Abstract of the Companies Register or entrepreneurial trade license (in the case of an entrepreneurial subject), not older than 3 months,
- acquisition sheet or certificate from the statistic register in the case of a non-profit or allowance organization,
- certificate of the identification number allotment for V.A.T. (business - V.A.T. payer),
- proposal for the electricity advance payment settlement in compliance with the estimated electricity consumption,
- upon alteration of the customer connected with the increase in electric intput, opinion of SSE, a.s. on the technical documentation of electric connection and location of the measurement of electricity on the OP as well as a valid OPAS.
