The customer submits:

• request for the connection of a new offtake point (the form is available at the Sales Offices (SO), Customer Call Center (CCC), www.sse.sk),
• report on technical review and test /TRT/ - valid report specifying appliances and their power requirements including a certificate of the distribution board and electricity connection - if in the possession of the customer,
• SSE's opinion regarding the technical documentation of electrical connection and the location of electricity metering equipment in the offtake point (OP),
• certificate of title or a purchase agreement including registration number or consent of the real estate owner, if the customer is not the owner of the respective property,
• Proposal of settlement of advance payment for electricity in line with the expected consumption,
• Extract from the Commercial Register or a small trade license (in the case of a business entity) no more than three months old,
• in the case of a state budget funded organization or subsidized organization: foundation deed or confirmation from the statistical register,
• confirmation on the assignment of VAT Identification Number (in the case of entrepreneurs - VAT payers).

In the case of a new building, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:

• for temporary connection - a valid construction permit
• for permanent connection -  a valid certificate of occupancy
• confirmation on assignment of a building number, unless indicated in the certificate of title
