Cotract termination - customer call centre

 

The customer shall fill in the "Application form" according to the manual for the application procedure which is available on our website at Forms to be downloaded.


The completed application form along with the required documents:

Documents required for the conclusion, alteration and termination of a contract on electricity supply for Households,

Documents required for the conclusion, alteration and termination of a contract on electricity supply for Entrepreneuers and organisations

In the case of any uncertainty regarding the filling in of the "Application form", the customer may contact the Customer Call Centre (CCC). CCC shall administer the given requirement and send a "Receipt on electricity supply termination contract" and the invoice for the terminated consumption to the customer.
