The Nationwide Summer Sport Games for Power Engineers took place in the SOU-e Trnava sports facilities on September 2-4. The games are team-based, whereby the placement of each team in individual sport disciplines is assessed. Employees in the following fields participated in the contest: Nuclear energy, standard energy, other energy, heat production, SSE, ZSE, VSE. The event was organized by the Slovak Nuclear Power Trade Union.

There were seven teams competing in six major disciplines (volleyball, indoor soccer, table tennis, air gun, foot tennis soccer and darts). Our team consisted of 28 members including the organizing committee. The team was managed by Mr. Jozef Lazar, Human resources director. The team represented our company in a really exceptional way. The team scored first with the overall number of 42 points, it reclaimed its position from the last year and it took home the traveling cup of Summer Sport Games for Power Engineers. The second place was taken by ZSE with 33 points and the third by Nuclear Energy with 31 points.
