The switch to the annual meter-reading and annual invoicing for the "Household" customer category.

Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. has changed the periodicity of invoicing for consumed electricity for the "Household" customer category. This adjustment will gradually be implemented in the individual meter-reading cycles in the period from April 2006 to March 2007.

The current method of the regular meter-reading and invoicing for an offtake point will be changed from two meter-readings and two subsequent invoices per year to one meter-reading and one invoice per year. The periodicity of the advanced payments will be adjusted to 11 advanced payments or 1 advanced payment for the year. At the same time, the amount of the advanced payment will be re-calculated and adjusted.
The specific changes relating to the switch of the respective customer offtake point to the annual meter-reading and annual invoicing will be communicated to each customer by means of a letter, which will be sent along with the billing invoice.
