2. Fixing the supply point and terms

The customer will send or submit an output balance of the planned supply point and the planned construction of the building indicated on a detailed cadastral map to the Contact Office or Customer Call Centre for orientation purposes.

SSE will send to the customer an opinion on the supply point and terms, in which it shall stipulate under what conditions the potential take-off point can be connected and whether there are any SSE electricity plants in the respective area which can cover to the delineated area in terms of coverage.

For the assessment of the output balance of the supply point it is possible to make use of the form titled " Connection - an application for C and D category take-off - low voltage distribution", which is available at contact points - Contact Offices, from the Customer Call Centre or and from the SSE website, a.s. - Forms to be downloaded.

In order to fill the form in correctly it is necessary to proceed according to the "Manual for filling the form in", which is  part of the form titled "Connection - an application for C and D category take-off - low voltage distribution.


3. A draft plan of the connection must include:

• the situation with the connection drawing, the location of the construction - LV connection on a scale of 1:500,
• the cadastral map on a scale of 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:2880 with wider associations,
• the requirements for electrical energy supply of the construction - output balance - only if not included in item No.1 - an identical form is used as for item 2.

The design is submitted by the customer to the Contact Office or is sent to the Customer Call Centre via regular mail.

Every change to the output or means of connection including the placement of the metering device is subject to approval in the same way as the project documentation.

4. A  work order must include

If the work is carried out by SSE:

• an order form for the construction of the connection,
• in the case of LV connections 3 (in the case of a HV connection and TS - 5) copies of the draft drawing from the connection, of which one copy is to be approval certified by SSE,
• a construction permit or permission for a minor construction,
• a certificate of title,
• an opinion of the subjects affected by the connection subpr.pdf link.
