New telephone numbers

 

Within further improvement of services towards its customers, Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s. has decided to support customer communication through the Customer Call Center (CCC). This service equals to those offered by the contact offices, at the same time it is modern, simple and developing correct business relations based on mutual trust.

A direct line for households (0850111468) and for businesses and organizations (0850123555) has been created. Service of the CCC, which is available to the customers each working day from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., enabled to decrease the number of contact offices from 28 in the year 2003 to the current 12. All changes are harmonized with an increase of capacity in the CCC in order to provide the clients with all necessary information and services without the need to personally visit a contact office. Popularity of the CCC is also proven by the fact that 40 employees settle 245 000 phone calls per year. Despite this, 80 percent of customers´ calls are answered within 20 seconds.

Thanks to the increased quality of services in the CCC, in the year 2006 SSE, a.s. plans to close contact offices in larger cities as well - as to 1st March in Čadca and Žiar nad Hronom and as to 1st April in Liptovský Mikuláš, Martin and Zvolen. This change, similarly to the previous cases, will also be  gradual. Customers will be offered free phone lines to the CCC in the former contact offices.
