Comfortable alternative method introduced by SSE via UNIKASA - pay for electricity while doing day - to - day shopping

From 15 March 2007, customers of Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s.. can pay their electricity bills and advances in stores of the COOP Jednota network marked with the Unikasa logo. A universal cash desk service (Unikasa) saves both people's time and their money, and offers customers a unique and handy option to pay their electricity bills in a quick and comfortable manner, 7 days a week, while doing their day - to - day shopping.
With Unikasa SSE extends for the convenience of its customers the alternative methods of payments.

UNIKASA service makes your life easier and may also be used by Stredoslovenská energetika customers.
How does it work?
At a COOP Jednota cash desk a customer presents a U - type postal payment order (only U - type orders so far) which is attached to the electricity bill and bears a barcode. A cash desk employee scans the data into the UNIKASA terminal and the payment is forwarded to a business partner bank account. Customers may pay for the goods and settle their electricity bills in a single payment - in cash or by payment card.
Payments through the UNIKASA terminal are fast and smooth, while the fees are lower than usual too.
