Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. zlepšuje služby zákazníkom
Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. (SSE) opened reconstructed business offices in Banská Bystrica and Lučenec and introduced new consulting services in order to enhance effective and comfort use of electricity. In 2006, customers made 450,000 calls to the Customer Call Centre, which proves the important role the call centre plays in communication with customers. SSE is pleased to announce that 80% of phone calls are answered in less than 20 seconds.
On 1 February 2007 SSE opened reconstructed business offices in Banská Bystrica and Lučenec. The reconstruction was driven by the need to expand the portfolio of customer services. The enlarged portfolio available at these so called "TOP" business offices now includes a new service provided by employees specialized in energy efficiency, savings and products. Specialised desks have been established for particular customer groups (households, companies, consultancy on offered services).Our employees are available each working day. However, the customers may also seek solutions to their requests through the Customer Call Centre which, in a simple way, fully replaces personal contact. Every day, there are teams of qualified agents ready to help all customers - households, companies and organisations - solve their problems as if they visited the business office in person. The Customer Call Centre uses a higher version of call routing technology ever more increasing the speed and quality of communication between SSE's qualified staff and customers via phone. The fact that in 2006 services of the Customer Call Centre were used by 450,000 customers proves this. Despite the fact that every day the Customer Call Centre is contacted by almost 2,500 customers, no problems with free phone lines availability have occurred. The phone lines are available to customers daily from 6.00 to 20.00 - more than 80% of calls are answered in less than 20 seconds.
