On 28th March 2007 the company Stredoslovenská energetika, Ltd., (SSE) opened the retraced Business Agency in Zilina. On this ceremonial occasion new consultancy with an objective to improve comfort customers of electric energy was introduced, too.

On 28th March 2007 the company Stredoslovenská energetika, Ltd., (SSE) opened the retraced Business Agency (BA) in Republic Street 5 in Zilina. One of the main reasons of the reconstruction was to extend of service portfolio for all customers' segments and to increase efficiency of processing of customers' requests. A new service in portfolio, so-called. TOP OK is the operator, who specializes in professional counselling in the field of energy efficiency.

Specialized positions offer complex customer service divided according to customer's type (private households, businessmen and organizations). Personnel are available each working day.
Apart from commercial agencies our customers can satisfy their requirements too through the medium of telephone cliental centre (TZC), which covers direct and full-value approach to TOP OK services regardless of the place, where customer just occurs.
For all types of customers - private households, businessmen and organizations, too - the teams of qualified operators are available daily - agents, who readily settle all their requirements. In order to get the customers request full sail to competent worker, TZC uses high-level version of technology to allot calls, which guarantees maximal quality of communication with client. The fact that even 96 000 customers took advantage of the services of TZC in period from January to March 2007 shows evidence of effectivity and reliability of TZC , too. Despite the fact that at this stage TZC contacted daily nearly 2 000 customers, SSE do not register any problems with availability of client extensions. The extensions are available for customers daily from 6.00 to 20.00., 85 % telephone messages is received as early as by 20 seconds at the same time.

Stredoslovenská energetika, Ltd. believes that the reconstruction of the rooms of our Business Agency in Zilina, expansion of service portfolio by special counselling, technological and personal enhancement of telephone clients centre will contribute to increase satisfaction and comfort of all customers markedly.
