Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. (SSE) gives notice to all electricity consumers about the presence of the fraudsters who contact the clients on behalf of the SSE and ask for sending a financial amount to a bank account.
Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s. has recorded specific cases of unfair practices, when different speculators acting on behalf of the SSE and telephone the clients in order to receive funds. They warn the clients about debt against the company and ask for reimbursement of a contribution to the bank account, but not the SSE account. Upon the last case from last week the SSE is considering to bring a charge.
SSE performs all activities related to the contractual relationship in writing mostly through correspondence with official logo of the Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. or in the Customer centers directly. SSE has also approached to telephone the clients through hotline, with a reminder of outstanding payments for electricity, which they had always preceded a written correspondence - sent invoice and follow-up letter of reminder.
A verification of any outstanding amount is also available through a Websservis, the electronic services, where the SSE clients have a possibility to browse the issued invoices, billing history, to consult payments, to enter complaint, or to change contact information.
