You can now find a communication line of Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s. also in your town. SSE cares for its region and for its citizens. SSE wants to be close to all of its customers, to provide services and products in a way ensuring comfortable access virtually to everyone.

That is why in January this year communication lines were established in the municipal offices of 17 towns and cities of Central Slovakia (Banská Štiavnica, Čadca, Detva, Ilava, Krupina, Lipt. Mikuláš, Martin, Námestovo, Poltár, Púchov, Ružomberok, Turč. Teplice, Tvrdošín, Veľký Krtíš, Zvolen, Žarnovica and Žiar nad Hronom) which will provide the citizens with a free-of-charge telephone connection to their electricity supplier. By means thereof they will be able to satisfy all requests. The communication line offers solutions for households as well as for businesses and organisations.

The line provides direct communication with the SSE Customer Call Centre personnel, enabling the customer to get information on payments and invoices, contracts, SSE electricity rates and prices, and to report failures in electricity supply or data read from the electricity meter. Furthermore, forms and information documents concerning the products and services of SSE will also be available to citizens. The new service will not only allow the customers to enjoy simpler communication, but will also simplify the handling of all of their requests.
