In 2006, Stredoslovenská energetika, a. s. (SSE) invested SKK 1.450 million in the region where it operates. The SSE investment policy focuses especially on the reduction of the failure rate, improvement of the quality of electricity supply and connection of new customers in all voltage systems (voltage system VHV, HV, LV)
Last year, SSE carried out a number of important investment projects. Most of the funds were invested into the construction of a new 2x110 kV lines for ®SR Banská Bystrica - Majer, new 110/22 kV transformer station in Kysucké Nové Mesto - industrial park, new 110/22 kV transformer station in Zvolen - Union, new transformer station for infrastructure of Kia Motors plant, transformation from 6kV to 22kV in Zvolen, north - east and into the modernization of nearly 140 remotely controlled distribution system elements.
In on-coming period SSE is preparing for realization of Prievidza industrial park connection to distribution system, on TR 110/22kV Lisková reconstruction and completion of Zvolen - UNION investment.
In the connection of origin new supply point and in the purpose to improve quality of providing electric energy, SSE in going to build new transformation station 110/22 kV in Poltár and new lines 2x110 kV in Kysucké N./Mesto - Čadca.
Growing satisfaction of our customers is the main goal of SSE's investment plans.
