What you should check before you call
- if circuit-breakers are not in the 0 position , or if fuses are not blown, do not forget to check the state of the main circuit-breaker,
- if a phase electric appliance (lift, 3-phase cooker,...)is installed in the house and if so, if it is functional,
- if a similar malfunction is present in the adjoining building,
- if the public illumination system is working.
This information is necessary for the quick and easy location of the point of malfunction and also for the verification of the functionality of the distribution network.
When reporting malfunctions, please state your:
- Name, surname,
- Exact address,
- Telephone contact,
- or the number of electricity meter, or the number of the supply point stated on the invoice for electricity.
