New supply point, new connection - establishment procedure

1.
Documents required for the conclusion, alteration and termination of the Electricity Supply Contract with enterpreuneurs and organisations

2. Identifying the Supply Point and Connection Conditions

The customer will submit in person to the Contact Office or in writing to the Customer Call Center,  a load balance of the planned supply point and the planned construction site plotted in a detailed Cadastral Map for orientation purposes.

SSE will send to the customer its opinion on the supply point and connection conditions, where it shall specify  conditions under which the relevant supply point can be connected and state whether there are any SSE power facilities in the relevant area which may affect that area with their protective zones.

To determine the supply point load balance, it is possible to use the form titled "Connection - Application for C and D Category Supply Points, (i.e. Low Voltage Supply Points)", which application form is available at the Contact Offices  and Customer Call Centers and at the SSE website: www.sse.sk (see the Forms To Be Downloaded). To fill in the application form correctly, it is necessary to proceed as per the "Application Form Completion Manual", which is included in the form titled "Connection - Application for C and D Category Supply Points, (i.e. Low Voltage Supply Points)".

  • requirements for power supply for the construction site - load balance - only if not provided as per  Section 1 - an identical form shall be used as in case of Section 2.

The connection design shall be submitted by the customer to the Contact Office in person or shall be mailed to the Customer Call Center. Any change to the load or connection method, including the meter location, shall be subject to the same approval procedure as in case of any design documentation.
