Now you can communicate with us comfortably from office.
We offer you a free-of-charge WebSSErvis electronic service, with which you can get information concerning you offtake point.

For successful registration, you will need the number of any valid electricity supply contract and the registration code. The registration code was sent to all customers by registered mail. If you have not received this mail or if you lost it, you can request the registration code here or by phone on the numbers: 0850 123 555, 0850 123 888, 0906 25 25 21.
The registration code will be sent to you by registered mail upon your request. After receipt of the registration code, please follow the below steps:
- Visit the webpage www.sse.sk and select WebSSErvis on the upper menu, section Entrepreneurs and organizations.
- Click on "Registration".
- Insert the number of any contract and click on "Send".
- Enter the registration code (codes are case-sensitive) and click on "Send".
- After the successful verification of your registration code, you can create your login and password to log into WebSSErvis.

WebSSErvis offers you the following services:
- Customer profile - update the data concerning your company and offtake point. view here
- Electric meter readings log - record informative readings for the offtake point. view here
- Invoiced consumption history - an easy and quick way to find out consumption at an offtake point, the recorded invoicing readings or to view a chart showing consumption for the past 4 years. view here
- Change of advance payment amount - adjust the amount of advance payments for electricity, so that they correspond to the nature and amount of your consumption. view here
- Consultation of payments received - view invoices or have us send you an invoice copy. view here
- Customer complaint - if you are dissatisfied with any service, inform us by sending an electronic complaint. view here
