Customer categorization by type of connection to the distribution system of the Stredoslovenská energetika company

This categorization affects the assessment of a customer's request for the purposes of a new connection or power increase -maximum reserved capacity. It does not affect the tariff classification of customers as specified in a price proposal issued by the Regulatory Office for Network Industries for the respective year.

VHV - customers connected to the distribution system of the Stredoslovenská energetika company with a voltage level exceeding 52kV 

HV - customers connected to the distribution system of the Stredoslovenská energetika company with a voltage level from 1kV up to 52kV (in SSE, 6kV and 22kV are applicable). This category includes all customers connected to a transformer - transformer station not owned by the Stredoslovenská energetika company, regardless of whether it is owned by the customer.

LV - customers connected to the distribution system of the Stredoslovenská energetika company with a voltage level of up to 1kV This category includes all customers connected to the distribution system of the Stredoslovenská energetika company with a voltage level of up to 1kV (in SSE, 230 V and 400 V are applicable) as well as customers connected through a direct terminal from a transformer station owned by the Stredoslovenská energetika company whose circuit breaker is rated at more than 80 A and, in terms of tariffs, they are categorized as HV customers.
