- change of the customer at an existing offtake point,
- change of tariff at an offtake point and tariff rationalisation,
- change of advance payment amount (increase or reduction),
- change of mailing address for invoices,
- reporting of data read from the electricity meter,
- reporting of electricity meter and auxiliary equipment failure,
- consultancy regarding a change in the method of payment for electricity consumption,
- contract termination,
- complaints regarding the billing of electricity consumption.
