- Customer profile - update the data concerning your household and offtake point. view here
- Electric meter readings log - record informative readings for the offtake point. view here
- Invoiced consumption history - an easy and quick way to find out consumption at an offtake point and the recorded invoicing readings or to view a chart showing consumption for the past four years. view here
- Change of advance payment amount - adjust the amount of advance payments for electricity, so that they correspond to the nature and amount of your consumption. view here
- Consultation of payments received - view invoices or request the sending of an invoice copy. view here
- Customer complaint - if you are dissatisfied with any service, inform us by sending an electronic complaint. view here
